Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an instruction manual for the RAM app?

There is no manual. Instead, Metrilogics has provided instructional information and operational definitions within the RAM app itself. If you have any questions, just touch any data field's ( i ) button to go straight to information that will answer your questions. You can also return to this web page for additional information, which will be updated as we receive customer feedback.

My company's work environment is a little 'different' than most - how likely is it that the RAM app will be useful to me?

The RAM app is amazingly flexible, and can be used to evaluate team members in a variety of work environments, including insurance, financial services, back office processing, customer support / call center, IT, government, health care administration, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, warehouse / fulfillment and logistics. Chances are that the RAM app can help you rank team members according to their contributions to your company's bottom line, too.

At my company we perform team member evaluations every 3 months, across 20 or more task types per team, including dozens of team members at a time. I'd hate to manually key evaluation scenarios into the RAM app each time I return for follow-up evaluations to the same departments each quarter. Does the RAM app do anything to make follow-up evaluations any easier?

We know that setting up a team evaluation can be almost as much 'fun' as conducting the actual evaluation itself. That's why the RAM app has a 'Duplicate' button that allows users to easily and quickly copy a previous team evaluation scenario - including the original evaluation's task and team member criteria - to create a brand new evaluation scenario, ready to receive new scores and comments from the user.

The 'Duplicate' feature sounds great - but what if the follow-up team evaluation elements won't be EXACTLY the same as the original team evaluation? For example - what if the follow-up evaluataion involves more or fewer team member names or tasks than the original evaluation?

The RAM app's got you covered there, too. It's not only easy to duplicate an earlier team evaluation scenario; it's also simple to edit a duplicated scenario by either deleting or creating (as necessary) team member names and tasks.
