Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an instruction manual for the iFortuna app?

There is no manual, because the iFortuna app is pretty easy to use. After you download the app, just follow the instructions on the app's "Initiation" tab to complete your personalized profile, and press the "Finished" button. After that, be sure to look at the "Daily Wisdom" tab each day to view the unique guidance iFortuna provides JUST FOR YOU. You can also return to this web page for additional information, which will be updated as we receive customer feedback.


How often do I need to update my profile?

Updates to your profile in iFortuna aren't necessary. Simply establish your personalized profile once after downloading the app, and iFortuna will continue to provide relevant and directed wisdom and advice, no matter which direction(s) your life path may take you.


What do I do if I need to make a change to my profile?

For various technical reasons, the iFortuna app limits a user's ability to change their profile information after it's been entered through the "Initiation" tab. But not to worry - simply:
1) delete the iFortuna app you downloaded to your device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch)
2) download the iFortuna app again from iTunes, and
3) re-enter your profile information on the "Initiation" tab the way you want it.
